How to use:

Best Unique Recipe for your Crystal Water Bottle

You will need:

• Pure Alkaline water from a local store
• Crystal Water Bottle
• 1 mint leaf
• Half lime

Pour Alkaline water into your ice cubes and let them freeze overnight. Early in the morning take the ice cubes out of the fridge and let them melt naturally. Don't add any tap water. Please note, melted water has the purest structure, it’s like a blank page and it will absorb the healing properties of crystals the most.
